  • Requirements gathering exercise delivered
  • Business case developed, and market options appraisal delivered
  • Data cleansed and migrated from spreadsheets and other soft records
  • Set up and implement of organisational help desk
  • Modules implemented included Help desk, works instructions & Estates
  • Interface options developed and scoped for data exchange with other software
  • Asset data collated, cleansed and loaded

The software was tested and launched within 16 weeks of purchase with all modules operational.
